All illustrations and design items from Meowchi Co. are 100% originally designed and copyrighted by the artist Deville Dewil. Items are strictly for personal use only.

Order Procedure

1 ) Shop as a visitor / Login as a member to select your items

2 ) Add favourite items to cart

3 ) Checkout

4 ) Fill in your customer information, delivery details and choose your payment type

5 ) Place the order and pay

6 ) An email with order details will be sent to you as the order is successfully placed

About Order with Pre-order Product

Customers are suggested placing order for product in-stock / pre-order product separately if their expected delivery dates are different. If there exists more than one product with different expected delivery date, the delivery for the whole order is default to be made until all products are ready to be delivered.

Payment Method

We offer the following payment methods. Please refer to the checkout page for actual payment instructions:

– Direct Bank Transfer/ Faster Payment System (FPS) Payment (Only for Hong Kong customers)

We provide Hang Seng Bank account/ FPS ID for customers to make payment.
After placing the order, customers are required to transfer your payment directly into our bank account/ through Faster Payment System (FPS).Customer should write down the Order ID & Name as the payment reference if you are doing online transfer. Then, customer should send the payment proof to our email: with title “Payment for [your order number] and [your name]”
Order will not be shipped until the customer fully pay for the order. If the payment is not fulfilled in full within 3days (72hours) after order placement, the order will be cancelled.

– Credit Card Online Payment
Customers will make an online payment directly during the checkout process. Customers should complete the payment according to the checkout page.

– Apple Pay/ Google Pay
Customers will make an online payment directly with the “Apple Pay” or the “Google Pay” button during the checkout process. Customers should complete the payment according to the checkout page.

Order Processing Policy

– We will process and pack your order within 3 working days. The day you ordered from us is excluded.
– Our working days includes Monday to Friday.
– Therefore, for example, if you ordered from us on Monday, we will process and pack your order on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, then we will ship your order on or before Thursday. Another example, if you ordered from us on Friday, we will process and pack your order on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, then we will ship your order on or before Wednesday.

– If your order contains pre-order items, we will process the order after the preorder items arrive.

About Packaging

We attach great importance to environmentally friendly production and packaging. Therefore we pack all products and orders with minimal packaging materials. No individual plastic bags or packaging will be provided for each items. Please contact us if you need individual packaging or gift wrapping, additional cost may apply.

Shipping Policy

– All our products are shipping from Hong Kong, it is recommended to ship with Tracked Air Mail (Except regions that cannot be reached by Air) or SF express.

– Non Tracking shipping method is also available as a low-cost alternative. The shipping time is same the the tracked option. However, if customers choose to ship their order without tracking. We will not be liable for any lost or damage nor able to provide any assistance after dispatching the parcel at post office. Customers need to bear the whole whole shipping risk.

– Please be aware that the estimated delivery times might be inaccurate.

– Estimated shipping times are:
Hong Kong: 1 – 3 business days 
USA: 1 – 4 weeks.
United Kingdom: 2 – 4 Weeks
International: 1 – 4 weeks.
Some regions that cannot be reached by Air Mail may extend to 1 – 3 months in rare cases.

– We are not liable for the packages after they are dropped off at post office! Contact the post office if you encounter any problems with the package.
– We also cannot control shipping times. Sometimes it takes longer time due to unexpected situation. Please be patient with postal services!

Policy for packages that are not delivered successful due to incorrect/incomplete addresses

– If the package is returned to us, we can resend the order, but buyers have to pay for the shipping costs again. Since it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure their address is correct.
– If the package is deliver to the wrong place or lost, and it cannot be returned to us, we will not provide any refund or return.

Policy for lost packages

– If the package is lost or stuck, please message us, we will contact the post office and check the condition.
– If your order is shown as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office.

Policy for refund and return

– We do NOT accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or edits to your order after ordering.

Other Policy

– We are not responsible for any import taxes applicable to you or your country.

– Wholesale orders are excluding from these policies. Please discuss with us if you would like to have wholesale orders.
